The Dissect Effect - An Open Source IR Framework

Dissect enables you to go from acquisition of thousands of systems to answering the how, when, and what in a matter of hours – A game changer for incident response teams. It’s modular and concise API allows for anyone with Python experience to adapt it to their own needs and create output to the platform of their liking. 

In this webinar, the recently open sourced Dissect incident response framework from Fox-IT will be analysed. The overall capabilities of the software will be examined, installed within a WSL 2 enviornment and tested using a Windows Server 2019 disk image.
