In this report awareness is raised about the topic of Operational Technology (OT) Security. The integration of IT and OT domains carries certain security implications. The report presents both the challenges and opportunities for collaboration and innovation in the IT-OT domain. Awareness, challenges and opportunities are by nature interconnected. It is therefore important to advance a holistic approach to agenda-setting and noting best-practices.
The most important recommendation made in the report is to advance knowledge sharing. Together with the contributors of the report, HSD has set up a Community of Practice (CoP) to foster a collective of experts that aims to put the topic of OT-Security on the map.
