Over the past year, conversations about NIS2 in OT environments have highlighted the same challenge time and again: having policies is one thing, proving they work is another.
In projects with Nautilus OT, many operators already have documentation in place. Yet when a supervisor, auditor, or stakeholder asks for evidence, important information such as asset inventories, remote access logs, or incident records is not always readily available. That reality inspired this simple approach: breaking NIS2 down into six practical questions. The goal is not to focus on compliance for its own sake, but to help organisations understand whether they can actually demonstrate what is happening in their OT environment.
