ReadID - NFC Passport Reader

ReadID is a software product that prevents identity theft by using two items, the smartphone and identity document. By using Optical Character Recognition, the product is able to scan the so-called Machine Readable Zone. These are the three bottom lines in your passport/identity card. ReadID uses the NFC functionality of your smartphone or its reads the RFID chip in your identity document, and is therefore able to verify it.

ReadID is developed by Innovalor and can be used for online applications, for example onboarding for banks, or in face-2-face applications, for example by police agents who check identity documents on streets.
