Webinar: Presenting OTCAD, the Operational Technology Cyber-Attack Database

This presentation introduces the Operational Technology Cyber Attack Database (OTCAD); a database containing 133 cyber-attacks on OT between 1988 and 2020, mapped to MITRE's ATT&CK for ICS. OTCAD makes it possible to structurally and easily analyze the historical OT threat landscape, moreover the resulting statistics can be verified by anyone all sources are publicly accessible. During this presentation OTCAD's vision and mapping methodology will be explained, the problems that the creation of OTCAD faced will be discussed, and some trends that can be observed within OTCAD will be presented.
