Topic of this Lunch Break is “How Freo is digitizing the world of consumer finance”

Freo, as a Rabobank subsidiary, provides loans to Dutch consumers. In this setting, Freo faces increased regulation, increasing customer expectations and increased market pressure to reduce prices. To faces these challenges, Freo invests heavily in the digitization of the complex process of consumer credit approval. In this talk, Sander Janssen & Chantal van Kruijsdijk will explain how this is done and which challenges they encounter.
