Adding our own Kill Chain to VECTR

In cybersecurity, the Kill Chain refers to a concept borrowed from the military field. It aims to structure the phases of an attack. If defenders can break the kill chain — preferably as early in the attack as possible — the attacker will be unsuccessful.

At least, that is the rationale.

Although the popularity of the concept of the cyber kill chain has grown steadily over the years, since its inception in 2011, sounds of criticism also rose. And rightly so. The traditional cyber kill chain does a pretty fine job explaining the basics of a digital attack, but the model does not hold in real life for several reasons.
